I ordered the Olivia Maxi Dress for a wedding in September.The dress is bump friendly and although there is a really clear sizing guide on the website I was between 2 sizes and also 15 weeks pregnant (will be 28 weeks at the wedding). I guess it's a small price to pay to get Baltic Born out of my life!1) Customer service is awful (via email only)2) Quality is rough at best3) Store credit ONLY on returns (and no, not all small companies offer store credit only.

I immediately reached out to customer service for information and hoping they'd have some type of solution (potentially mail another dress to me and ask me to return the one that went to China when it arrived? I was scared there had been a mishap and that the last dress wouldnt come in time (even being a little over three months until my wedding, but you know how it is!). The kicker of it is that since it's an international order, I'm not even able to process a return on my own, and was told that I'll have to pay for shipping back! Verification can help ensure real people write reviews about real companies. I left a review and noticed they screen reviews and never posted my feedback even though it was not mean or harsh. But apparently that means if you buy it your stuck with it and they will give you terrible customer service in return. I'm kinda shocked to see so many negative reviews here to be honest! Which my fianc (and I) thought meant the finale sale and lowest price it will go to.

I purchased a dress (a month in advance due to reviews), of course, it fit funky absolutely huge on top where the V-neck of the dress hit my waist! If youre from the States go for it but otherwise I wouldnt recommend.
