This was a wonderful place to stay. Which room amenities are available at Bay View Resort? I love staying at the Bay View. The first floor of the hotel is basically the pool, with the elevators pretty much in the pool, everything felt damp and stuffy. But it was also a bigger unit than expected. Hotel was great, clean, beautiful 2 bedroom suite, but Parking was horrible.

Stayed 3 nights in an ocean front room on the 8th floor. It eneded up being basically a one bedroom apartment not a just a hotel room with small kitchen, way more space than we needed. Other than heavy foot traffic when checking in it was wonderful.I really enjoyed the balcony!.,Because of medical situation I cannot get wet so I just love the view.._. Bay View is located in the middle of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, home to numerous restaurants, including the Second Avenue Pier restaurant and open-air bar, Pier 14 and the famous Peaches Corner. --We left on 7/20/2022 at 4am in preparation for the 10hr car ride home. i loved the lazy river and friendly people. We loved our room and the location on the strip. Clean accomodations. The people in Myrtle Beach were very friendly and welcoming . The next day we were moved to a different room and had no further noise issues. Enjoyed the free vedios too. Would love to go back.
The location of the resort is awesome. The facilities, elevators in particular were not good at all. Error: We had a wonderful time at this resort. We want you to experience the best value for your money, to feel comfortable, and to have your expectations exceeded; I hope that this will be the case during your next stay with us. The last time was a great time. We travel with an elderly grandparent and need to stay on one of the lower floor. Should have gotten room with queen beds instead of double. Gorgeous weather. We booked this hotel on line for a double room thru Groupon. It was reasonably priced with lots to offer. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Each review score is between 1 and 10. Staff was nice but the kids inthe next room were very loudcalled down to the office and they immediately took care of it. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF IT WAS AN OCEAN FRONT VIEW ROOM WITH PRIVATE BALCONY. We did see a roach and we also had to call maintenance to fix one of the patio doors because it wouldn't lock and my mother in law was afraid my 3 year old would get onto the balcony. I do hate (which hotel has no control over) all the dogs, bikes, skateboards, and beggars on the promenade and boardwalk no matter what time of day. I love the boardwalk. WE spent our winter at Bay View and loved it. Love it here! Location is great right on the beach and near restaurants, stores, etc. They were very friendly and the hotel was clean and spacious. The facilities were beautiful and we of course took in some of the local sites especially enjoying the Opry and the Ripley's Aquarium. We absolutely enjoyed the pools. The hotels was nice and on the beach, friendly staff, movie rental, convenient to stores, etc. For the most part, all of the employees are courteous and respectful. The Starbucks is a ok feature but we prefer real food in the mornings, and being that it was so hot it was torture to cook sooo yup spent more money to go out to eat (oh yea refer back to that parking situation) smh. I particularly liked that it was right on the Boardwalk and I could go out and walk/exercise every morning. We had a wonderful time. We stayed in a 2 BR oceanfront condo. This property has great customer service. It's so close to the beach, you can walk there in a minute. The facility's pool, hot tub, access to the beach and boardwalk~amazing! Only complaint would have to be that our air conditioning stayed on 67 the entire time. Close to the beach too. was a very enjoyable stay, relaxing , rooms were nice an clean, the view was wonderful,plan on staying again this spring, Me and my family love staying at bayview the staff are great we love all the activites they offer we even spent the whole month of December including Christmas because we like it so much would recommend to everyone. I like to cycle and run and this location is easy to do both. During check in and out the elevators are super slow and crowded. hotel in general. If your hotel doesnt have attractions such as bayview youre going to want to leave especially with kids who want to be entertained or shopping etc. Get instant confirmation with FREE cancellation on most rooms! No point in spending ones hard earned money and this place could careless if youre here. The only issue I would say would be the elevators. Numerous restaurants in all types of styles to chose from within walking distance. Next time I'd probably get a suite, but if you only plan to sleep in the room it was fine. The only reason they didn't receive 5 stars is because the elevators are very slow and they won't guarantee what floor and which side of the building when you request them.
