Did not have a direct like, unprofessional staff, lack of customer service, I had booked the hotel on a family emergency for my girlfiend, hotel employee when she got there there was blood on the sheets. The Magnificent Mile shopping area is also within walking distance. We recommend staying 3 days if your time allows. Quick and easy way to book hostels as you go!
