The entire experience was above what we expected from an all-inclusive resort. Th bars were dotted all over the resort and never crowded. It is always good to know that what we do is appreciated and to hear about positive experiences.
-The upgrade of the room gave us a sea view room, however, it is noisy at night with the music on and the kids sleep earlier. About 15-20 min drive from the airport, and about the same to the old town Antalya. -Upon arrival, it took the reception a while to figure out their mistake in booking us a room for 4 not 2. We are so grateful for your positive feedback regarding our varied food and drinks options, extensive facilities, and entertaining activities. Cannot fault the hotel. We hope to be back soon! Didem zkk | Guest Relations Manager, Dear Alla, Bad: A la carte restaurants are hard to book, not very lively and more suited for elderly guests, minimal wayfinding signage in the hotel makes it very difficult to find your way around the hotel, entrance and lobby don't quite look like a 5-star hotel. We usually sat in the quiet section where Beyza and Adem provided outstanding service. Excellent cocktail choices . Only drawback that the minibar in the room only had beer and soft drinks.
