(a)situated behind the mail box assembly; (b)lighted with a brightness equal to not less than 1klx measured 75cm above the floor; (i)a minimum working space 90cm in width along the length of the mail box assembly, and, (ii)such additional working space as determined by the local postmaster, where, (A)there is a requirement for the processing or temporary storage of mail within the mail room, or. (f)is constructed of a material sturdy enough to withstand normal every day handling. 6Where, pursuant to section4, there has been a suspension of delivery of mail to a parcel compartment assembly, delivery of mail to that assembly shall be resumed when the reason for such suspension has been obviated.
