When a bride describes her wedding as "all her dreams" you know you picked the best! My company has the pleasure of working there on their weddings and I'm always excited to make the track up and stay at their beautiful resort. Many of our guest shared that it was one of the best weddings they have been to! The staff will do anything to make sure the bride and groom are happy! They really know how to do weddings! As for food, the chefs at BTVR do an amazing job.
Alsowe were told the food was amazing as well. Rustic lodge like atmosphere with many amenities! I would have been really upset if I was that other bride. I had options to utilize the preset menus offered or could mix and match various menus. I also cant say enough about their staff - they were so incredibly helpful and so nice! Everything from the first e-mail I sent, to the tasting, to the final details the day ofperfection. She was quick to respond, flexible, and never had me worried about anything!
My highest praise to the resort, Ashley and the remarkable staff!!!!! They catered as well. I HIGHLY recommend letting Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa be the location of your perfect day! Another major issue that people want to take into consideration is there checkin time.
Sunset pavilion is a beautiful backdrop for any wedding!! The staff was accommodating in every way and made sure that every detail was accounted for. And, after our wedding, we had a great time horse riding at the stables. Our cocktail hour and reception was indoors in the grand ballroom.
After searching all over north georgia for a mountain wedding venue, I also feel for the cost of having a wedding here is a great value. The staff helped to make sure we ate and always had a drink in hand!
Everyone had great reviews on their accommodations. Couldnt have asked for a better wedding day! The twin bartenders were also VERY nice and accomodating.
Not to mention the pictures turned out gorgeous!

The wedding coordinator is very organized and our wedding flowed smoothly. he made everything perfect and kept everyone following the timeline. She is super detailed oriented and organized. They also went over and beyond to make my guest feel more safe at the venue. I and several family members can't have gluten so it was very important to me that my caterer was not only able to accommodate that but that they understood the severity of cross-contamination (no one wants to be sick on their wedding day!).
I got married May 29, 2011.Brasstown Valley was absolutely amazing. Renee and the recreation team also booked a beautiful bridesmaid lunch followed by a horse ride the day before the wedding and arranged a "booze cruise" for the groomsen at Lake chatuge right near the resort. Their team worked with us on special requests and were very fair in their pricing. Absolute Perfection! They could not have done a better job!!!! Savannah, the events coordinator on staff at BTVR.
On Friday evening we had a meet and greet at Brassies Bar & Grill , the appetizers, dinner and the service were all exceptional, Savannah even made sure that we had a private breakfast area on Sunday morning to enjoy our guest as we sent them off to travel back home. Not only was the venue awesome the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. It stopped raining and was amazing. Our daughter was married at the Sunset Pavilion.

This venue is a luxurious resort, nestled on 500 acres that features views of the gorgeous mountains. The venue was gorgeous and the day of I did not have to worry or think about one thing. The staff prepared "to-go" boxes for my husband and I to enjoy after the reception was over.

The staff was so helpful with setting up and making sure that everything looked exactly like we wanted it to. I hightly recommend the venue! Here you will find beautiful outdoor or indoor ceremony and reception sites. We could not have been happier and absolutely loved having our ceremony at the Sunset Terrace and our reception at the Sunset Pavilion.
Everything was absolutely perfect-the stunning sunset view overlooking the mountains, the food was amazing (which wedding food doesn't normally impress me), and the overall ambiance of the resort and amenities. :). I could not have asked for a better day. We're planning from afar, but were able to stop by over the weekend. One highlight was the seated reception dinner in the ballrooms for over a hundred people and the food was the quality of what you would get at a Michelin rated restaurant!! Also all the staff were very kind to our family and friends. In all we had a WONDERFUL time and experience and I wouldn't take any of it back but Brasstown just wasn't what I expected once we started really planning. Our coordinator had every detail down, and the staff is like a small army of people Ashley at Brasstown was amazing. Ashley always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. From the food to the service, everything could not have been better. The staff is also VERY NICE all of them!! Our families are still talking about how amazing the wedding was even after 4 months.

Their indoor setting includes a spa, a lodge-like atmosphere and many guest rooms. The location and proximity to nature-how accomodating the staff was at the hotel the food was delicious;get very specific with the drink menu they did not offer a per person option for drinks and we paid a lot per drink-we were told this is som Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers & Parties. The food was fantastic! Before I even booked the venue, Savannah with Brasstown Valley went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend getting married at Brasstown Valley Resort! I would choose Brasstown Valley Resort again and again it was the perfect weekend and even better than I dreamed my special day would be thank you so much !! I can't rave enough about all the work Ashley and everyone at Brasstown did over the past year to make our wedding day the perfect day. 
The Sunset Terrace is unlike any other venue out there! She was very detail oriented, and kept a calm, relaxed demeanor, which is exactly what I needed as I am one to get stressed out easily, especially by the million little things that go into planning a wedding. brasstown Everyone at the resort is so helpful and accommodating.

Our wedding was held up about 20 minutes as our guest sweat while Brasstown took forever to put out more chairs. I cant say enough good things about Kris and Savannah. Our guests loved being able to stay in either the cabins or the lodge and it made gathering easy because we were all conveniently located together.

We had our whole family there for the weekend in the cabins (which are updated and very spacious) and they were so flexible with all our requests (e.g., having a back-yard bbq rehearsal dinner for all the guests in the cabin's cul-de-sac) and really made every effort to pull off the perfect wedding.
It was a beautifully presented meal and it tasted just as good. I loved our wedding and it was the perfect setting to celebrate our love. We got nothing but rave reviews from our guests! I also have stayed there for non-work related fun, and love it every time.

The Sunset Terrace was the perfect fall wedding location! The team at Brasstown worked flawlessly with our other wedding vendors to create a fairy tale wedding! All of our guest were floored when they arrived! nee was always very prompt. I had a bridal luncheon on Fri. at 12 and my wedding on Sat. I wouldn't have changed a thing! was an absolute joy to work with. tarted off with one woman who I absolutely loved and had great suggestions and she really worked with/for us. I am sorry but the middle of our dinner is not the time or place to discuss that. It is expensive, but worth it if you don't want the extra headache of having to get together all of those little details. We initially chose BVR for the location, the availability of lodging onsite, and the amazing hospitality. Then while in the middle of our first dinner at the reception one of the waiting staff came up to let us know that we went over our numbers. Ashley and her team were a HUGE part of that - she helped us stay sane and made our wedding weekend run smoothly.
