This meat grinder surpassed my expectations, by far. A little smaller than expected. Already cranked through 10 lbs of chorizo and breakfast sausage, and another 4 lbs of burger meat. Would definitely recommend to others, can't wait to try to make sausage next! Only thing I would recommend is a beefier pushing rod. A one and done purchase. I have had several grinders over the years both manual and electric, the mannuals wor well, but are tiresome. The stuffing tube that came with it are great and fit my stuffing machine. Great product. This grinder is a little smaller than my older #10 manual crank but with the mixer driving it, that doesn't really matter. Very easy to clean but I wish it came with soft metal or plastic sticks the right diameter to push residues from the holes in the grinding plates.
