Spectra tubing is notorious for slipping off the pump port and flange. That happened to me, but it was because I was tired and didnt put the duckbill valve on . Let's see if I can help here. Sterilize in water steam or boiling water before use. Everything is hooked appropriately. Do not wash/sterilize the tubing. NEVER wash your tubing as it will never come into contact with your breast milk.
