I just bought the Clorox test strips yesterday and immediately downloaded the app like it states on the packaging, Ive been trying to access it because Im having some issues with my very first pool ever and it wont let me create account it just keeps saying error occurred check internet connection but Ive tried it hundreds of times now with my WiFi on and with my regular phone service internet and it continuously says error check internet and when I check all my other apps and get online with no issues at all and shows I have very strong internet connection. Would give it 0-stars if I could. 
First, open the settings app and tap on your name. If you are a Clorox Pool customer and are running into a problem, Justuseapp might not be the fastest and most effective way for you to solve the problem but at least you can warn others off using Clorox Pool. chemicals clorox
